# Interrupt Agents

> Interrupt Agents is the AI Technology Practice within Interrupt Media. We build and run AI agents, applications, and platforms that increase the pace of growth for sales and marketing organizations. Authorized Glean partner with packaged applications (Marketing Hub, PACER, Sales Coach, EasyKeeper) and custom AI agent development for go-to-market teams.

We work with mid-market and enterprise B2B companies (typically 200–5,000 employees). Our primary buyers are CROs, CMOs, COOs, and VPs of Sales and Marketing — leaders feeling pressure to move faster on AI but frustrated by hype and failed pilots.

Our three-tier offering combines:

- Enterprise AI work platforms (currently Glean) — licensing, implementation, and managed services

- AI-native packaged applications — Marketing Hub (campaign strategy and execution co-pilot), PACER (sales pacing and prioritization agent), Sales Coach (AI call grading and coaching feedback), EasyKeeper (internal sales workflow tool)

- Custom AI agent development — fixed-cost projects for specific client KPIs like faster MQLs, shorter SDR ramp, lower churn, more efficient reporting

Founded by Ben Lack (Founder of Interrupt Media and Interrupt Agents). Day-to-day operations led by Herb Morreale (General Manager).
